This Cookie Policy explains how Yggdrasil Digital ("Stateward") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Stateward websites and application, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Some are strictly necessary to operate the Services; others require your consent.

| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session, security, load balancing, saving your cookie choices and language preference. | No (exempt) |
| Functional | Remembering preferences and settings to improve your experience. | Yes, where not strictly necessary |
| Analytics / measurement | Understanding usage to improve the Services (e.g. privacy-respecting product analytics). | Yes, unless configured as CNIL-exempt audience measurement |

We currently keep tracking to a minimum and do not use advertising cookies.
Your Consent and Choices
Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent. Where such cookies are used, we present a consent banner allowing you to accept, refuse, or customise your choices, and to change or withdraw consent at any time. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the Services.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair core functionality.
Retention
Consent is kept for up to six (6) months, after which we ask again. Cookies themselves have lifetimes that vary by purpose and do not exceed what is necessary, generally no more than thirteen (13) months for consent-based cookies.
